SHIPPING

Free shipping on all Domestic orders totalling $150 or more.
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled.

 

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@maiathelabel.com.au

 

After Hours
Please note, we do not ship after hours (Office hours: M-F 9am-5pm), on weekends or on holidays.

 

Overnight Shipping
If you require overnight express shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST.

 

Missing Packages
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

 

RETURNS

 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Māia does not cover the cost of returns.
This expense is to be covered by the customer.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Māia does not provide refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
